Dogs and more

I am going to this lovely lake soon. It will be fun.

The best thing about buying a house in the winter. Secret plants all over the yard.
These plants were put in the ground by me. I am impressed with the garden. I will definitely do a better job next year as I know not to plant a billion radishes. Anyone need radishes?
So summer in Winnipeg means it is Paws In Motion time. This is the best event at Assiniboine Park because you get to see every kind of dog.

I love to look at dogs. Maybe one day I will want to own one.

In other news, this glass broke recently. It was a favourite.
Boyfriend and I visited this cute girl in May. She watered the cats very well.

Now it is Summer

This is a girl I found in a tree. (Not dead)
My garden has been producing a lot of sweet treats!
Recently my sisters and I visited the home that they lived in before I was born. I was in my mom's tummy at the time so I don't remember a thing.
I liked some of the rooms! This was my parents room.
My mom put up this wallpaper a long time ago for my sister's strawberry shortcake themed room.
I also got to see this dog. Do not be fooled by the apparent angry look though, my cousin taught this dog to "smile".
This is the barn behind the old house.
On another day, Boyfriend cooked up some great food on the BBQ!
I went to a special birthday party and tried on all of the party hats.
Circus.
This guy also enjoyed the party hats.

And Spring.

Spring time is pretty great.
Recently we tried to sell come junk and made some money... and also bought some new junk. I bought the first season of Quantum Leap for cheap.
These are some great cats I know. They got pretty silly that night.
They had fun around the box!
I feel like this looks smaller in the picture. This is going to be my vegetable garden. There are lots of strawberries under the garage window, and recently rhubarb has started to show itself.
These are some plants I started indoors. The pumpkins and zucchini are growing well, but the tomatoes are mostly dead.
This guy came with the house. He is so ugly I feel like I need to keep him.

Yesterday was Easter and Boyfriend and I went to my parent's house for supper! My sister made some cupcakes!

One morning, I went to another sister's apartment and I thought it was pretty.
This girl was on an outdoor mission. She loves going outside, but her big brother does not.

Today I tried to get Lester to play with a ping pong ball.. but he wouldn't.
Boyfriend painted the wall before he tore it down!

My dad made special Valentine's Day stew with carrot shaped hearts.
One night I sang songs and danced a bit.
Lester was sleepy and I bothered him.

Beach Day

This weekend my sister and I went to the beach! We decided to give Lake Manitoba a try. It didn't take very long at all to get there. The beach was not very big, but we found a nice spot by the garbage can.
The lake was a lot of fun because there were lots of waves.
This little guy was trying to steal my sister's sandwich while she was swimming! I had a nice day, but I burned my shoulders and part of my face. BEACH FUN!
